The rumor that a company is in the process of securing the Glock license rights for the airsoft and air pressure sector has been causing concern for some time. It was suspected again and again, but the confirmation did not come until September. An interesting video finally put an end to the brooding - the message is: the German gun manufacturer Umarex is in possession of the license and for the first time there will be fully licensed Glock replicas on the airsoft and air pressure market!

 

This airsoft replica is reproduced in 1/1 scale and, thanks to the original Glock markings, makes a very true-to-original impression. As with the original, the markings are deeply engraved in the metal slide. The Glock markings cast into the grip are also neatly integrated. Above all, the strong shooting performance, which is given by the CO2 NB shooting system, is convincing. This feature makes the Glock 22 the ideal pistol for target shooters.

 

Thanks to the non-blowback system, the pistol has a very high shooting power of up to 2 joules (according to the manufacturer). NBB - Non Blow Back shot systems are known for their very good reliability, since the full power of the CO2 capsule is used to drive the ball. As a result, there is less movement in the entire firing mechanism than with conventional blow-back pistols. This also means that more 6mm BB round balls can be fired with a CO2 capsule.

 

With this Glock Airsoft replica, the 12g CO2 capsule is housed in the rear part of the handle. All you have to do is fold up the detachable part and remove it. The removable magazine holds 14 round balls in caliber 6mm BB. (12g CO2 capsules and round balls available separately).

 

Other features of the Glock pistol are the current Generation 4 grip with small square knobs. This ensures that the pistol lies securely in the hand when firing. A Picatinny rail under the handle offers additional mounting options. The existing hop-up system improves the trajectory of the ball.
